Mike Hulbert is a Principal at Kendall Advisors LLC and a partner at LeanDNA. He has led numerous multi-year transformation programs as a consultant, company executive, and software vendor. He specializes in the application of Lean supported by software, particularly ERP systems. Mike was awarded a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas. Mike led the Services and Product Management organizations at Factory Logic when the firm was awarded the Shingo Prize for Research.
